Biography
FABIANA BEZERRA
With over 25 years of professional experience, she worked as an executive at Russell Reynolds Associates for 14 years. She participated in its startup in Brazil and served as a director of the organization for 6 years. She has worked in various sectors, with a greater focus on Private Equity and Consumer & Retail in both the fields of executive recruitment and assessment.
Fabiana also worked at Heidrick & Struggles, leading searches in the Financial Services sector, and at the beginning of her career, she held a position in Human Resources at Unilever.
Since 2012, she has been involved in projects with F BEZERRA. She was also a partner at another consultancy and worked in partnership with Pátria Investimentos for 5 years, supporting them in attraction, recruitment, and assessment for director and C-level positions for both the fund and its invested companies. In parallel, she undertook projects for other clients and a series of projects for leadership roles in the nonprofit sector.
She holds a degree in Psychology from PUC-SP, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from CEAG/FGV. She has completed a coaching program at Columbia University in New York.
She is Brazilian and lived in the United States for 8 years.
